$60 Package: 3 (45 minute) training sessions.

$120 Package: 6 (45 minute) training sessions.

$160 Package: Initial consultation, 1 month (2 day’s a week) 8-9 (45 minute) training sessions, diet consultation, and 4 week diet plan.

We have virtual packages to fit your needs as well. Inquire for details.

Group fitness: Boot camp and Fit camp when the weather improves.
