Training packages: Summer Special

$20 Package: 1 (45 minute) training session.

$75 Package: 4 (45 minute) training sessions. (1 day per week for a month)

$150 Package: 8 (45 minute) training sessions. (2 days per week for a month)

$210 Package: 12 (45 minute) training sessions (3 days per week for a month)

**In each of the $150 and $210 packages you get workouts for the rest of the week and a food and nutrition guide catered to your goals.

COMBO PACKAGES: Get someone to partner up with while you workout

$160 Package 8 (45 minute – $10 per session per person) $80 each

$240 Package 12 (45 minute – $10 per session per person) $120 each

Virtual/Online Packages: SPECIAL 

If you live in another city or state, no problem. We have a program for you that will meet your needs. You will recieve a comprehensive program that you can use to meet your needs. Communication and help will be available for you as if we are in the same room. Workouts and examples will be provided for you as well.

1 Month (3 workouts per week plus 2-3 days of planned cardio) workout program – Initial consultation via skype, hangouts, facebook or photo assessments. You get a customized workout for 3 of the 7 days in a week. In this program you get HIIT training, cardio, weights, diet, and we will be available to answer questions and critique submitted video of a few of your workouts each week. We will also meet once a week to assess your goals.  ($60)

30 day program with weekend Workouts – Initial consultation via skype, hangouts, facebook or photo assessments. You get a 4 week program of workouts, cardio, diet, and we will be available to answer questions and critique video of a few of your workouts. You will also get a full training session on Saturday or Sunday each week for the entire month by me if you are in the triangle area. ($120)

**if you start a program and then decide to extend, we can deduct the difference from the price and get you the necessary components of the package.
