$160 Package: Initial consultation, 1 month (2 day’s a week) 8-9 (45 minute) training sessions, diet consultation, and 4 week diet plan.

Group fitness: Boot camp and Fit camp when the weather improves.
If you live in another city or state, no problem. We have a program for you that will meet your needs. You will recieve a comprehensive program that you can use to meet your needs. Communication and help will be available for you as if we are in the same room. Workouts and examples will be provided for you as well.
1 Month (5 Days a week) workout program – Initial consultation via skype, hangouts, or facebook or photo assessments. You get a 4 week program of workouts, cardio, diet, and we will be available to answer questions and critique video of a few of your workouts. ($100)
30 day program with weekend Workouts – Initial consultation via skype, hangouts, or facebook or photo assessments. You get a 4 week program of workouts, cardio, diet, and we will be available to answer questions and critique video of a few of your workouts. You will also get full training on Saturday or Sunday each week by me if you are in the area. ($130)
**if you start a program and then decide to extend, we can deduct the difference from the price and get you the necessary components of the package.
